I want to take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you why I feel qualified to seek your support in my candidacy as a Village of Hamel Trustee.

My priorities for Hamel include measured growth for the community, an organized approach to handling the current issues facing our village, as well as bringing new technology to the forefront so that our village can compete with our surrounding neighbors and emerge as a leading community in Madison county.

I have a strong background in Finance, Real Estate, and the Technology Industry. I am a business owner I understand what it takes to succeed. I am not afraid to speak up when I don't feel that something is right or makes sense. I always have an open ear from my peers and listen to every suggestion no matter what. Sometimes, one solution is not the way to get the job done. The more ideas that are on the table, the better chance you have at taking a small piece of several diverse solutions to create the ultimate solution. I am motivated, driven to excel in the face of adversity, and offer organization in a sometimes chaotic world.

Each year, the government takes just a little more of the family budget. The average American family now pays more in taxes than they do for food, clothing and shelter combined. A strong family is one that is not overtaxed. We must reduce the tax burden on working families so they can afford college for their children, a mortgage on a home and providing the basics of food, clothing and shelter. We need to open Hamel up to new businesses that can offer "Business to Business" sales and service transactions and bring steady measurable growth to Hamel. The key here is to grow slow, and grow the right way. I can help with the decisions that can help make that happen.

I offer what it takes to succeed. I am straightforward and un-biased. When I make a decision, I stick to it, stand by it, and will not make a decision until all the facts have been considered. My wife Amber is on the building and zoning appeals committee, and together we are dedicated to the well being of Hamel and the growth of the community.
